The Pacific Office Center (POC) is a full floor suite of executive offices with both in office and virtual tenants located in the Carr Gottstein Building, 310 K Street downtown Anchorage. We are currently hiring for a Property Manager. The position is full time, includes benefits and salary is DOE.

PROPERTY MANAGER for Downtown Executive Office Center
Pacific Office Center, Alaska’s first Executive Office center, is looking for a customer-focused management professional to oversee its operations.
POSITION DUTIES
* Oversee office support staff
* Recruit and rent to new tenants, both physical and virtual
* Maintain tenant satisfaction
QUALITIES
* Professional , excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Licensed driver with reliable transportation
*Preferred licensed Real Estate agent with the Alaska Real Estate Commission or become licensed within (6) months of hire.
*Familiar with payables, receivables and profit/loss statements
*Marketing
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
