Our client is a leading provider of Product Return and Product Recall Services in the Consumer Product Industry. Our services provide our customers with Financial Recovery, Actionable Data, Physical Control, and Brand Protection. We manage programs and projects involving products affected by damage, expiration, recall, and /or discontinuation. Although we are a 28-year-old company, our culture supports an entrepreneurial, start-up approach to managing our business.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
  • Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
  • Reviews operating results of the organization compares them to established objectives and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
  • Establishes and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the organization.
  • Makes recommendations to and informs Board of Directors of important and relevant factors, data, and other pertinent items.
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team with a commitment to quality and productivity, focusing on goals, measurement, results, and accountability.
  • Collaborates with the Executive Management Team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
  • Assists, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the company to meet sales, growth and market share objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree in business administration or similar discipline

· 5-10 years executive experience in the CPG industry. Preferably in a CEO role.

· Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly with the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well

· Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information

· Ability and willingness to make timely decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $190,000.00 to $220,000.00 /year
