Our MDR team is rapidly growing so we are now looking for someone with strong leadership skills to work as a member of the MDR Commercial Management team.

This position will be contributing to the business by providing smooth and effective support services, practices and tools to MDR Business Managers in all the phases of our sales process. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for a step-up in their career to managing a global team.

Job Duties…

  • Building and managing a highly capable team of MDR Solution Consultants across all our global operations.
  • Driving the design and application of best practices, tools, competencies, skills and insights within Solution Consulting as global practice lead and creating and moderating an online community for Solution Consultants to interact and share ideas among their peers.
  • Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of MDR Solution Consultant activities across our focus countries.
  • Providing hands-on solution consulting support to MDR Business Managers (BMs) in a technical pre-sale’s capacity in all the phases of our sales process.
  • Supporting the MDR Customer Experience team in a post-sales capacity and working directly with existing customers to deliver quarterly service reviews and ensure they perceive substantial value from the service.
  • Staying current with the Cyber Security marketplace to convey relevant insights to clients and potential clients.
  • Keeping abreast of competitors’ offerings and working with the rest of the Solution Consulting fellows to develop best practices and tools to maximize our competitive differentiation.
  • Keeping abreast of MDR solution roadmap and forthcoming improvements and actively relaying relevant information to clients
  • Driving Proof-of-Concept/Proof-of-Value practice and concrete engagements with prospective clients.
  • Working with Bid Management to coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and creation of client-facing / internal documentation.
  • Directing and coordinating cross-functional company resources required to support prospects’ needs and requirements, including but not limited to neighboring Business Units.
  • Ensuring what is sold can be delivered and can provide real benefits to the client.
  • Work with deployment teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery
  • Serve as a conduit of customer and prospect-related service requirements to Product Management for roadmap consideration
  • Represent F-Secure MDR Business Unit at relevant analyst, press and industry event engagements
  • Responsible for the Qualification of technical solution fit to the customers’ needs

  • You have hands-on experience of successful solution consulting/pre-sales activity in the USA
  • You have the gravitas and expertise to conduct meaningful engagements with CIOs, CISOs and IT/Infosec experts in enterprise clients
  • Ability to identify and attract top talent into our international, fast-growing team of Solution Consultants
  • You are an expert of MDR services and will be responsible for articulating the concepts to customers and prospects at the appropriate level; including answering relevant technical and integration related questions that might arise
  • Strong technical background, and ability to understand and articulate technical concepts relevant to cyber security, e.g. killchain, MITRE Att@ck models
  • Several years’ experience supporting the selling of solutions/professional services to enterprise clients with a good understanding of the commercial space, language used, power bases, procurement processes, etc.
  • You are comfortable at acting as a spokesperson and representative for F-Secure Countercept at events and conferences
  • The capability to present credibly in both business and technology contexts
  • Experience of (or at least exposure to) corporate risk management
  • Hands-on cyber security experience including incident response or penetration testing would be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Cyber Threats to Windows, Linux and Cloud platforms would be advantageous
