  • Aggressively looking to hire a Sales Manager
  • Candidates with proven success in-home improvement sales management
  • Person for this role should have successfully managed a team of 8 or more in-home sales reps.
  • Responsible for driving sales goals while managing 8 – 10 sales reps

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new leads generation and schedule with sales team
  • Train, coach, promote and enhance the sales process
  • Recruit, train and develop Sales Reps,
  • Lead the team to accomplish all sales goals
  • Establish effective working relationships with sales team members
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and performance metrics to sales team and management
  • Highly knowledgeable in Pipeline & Forecasting
  • Full ability to run appointments and confidently sell
  • Ability to hold team accountable for pipeline, forecast, rehash, and all other sales functions
  • Be the sales expert on the team
  • Evening and weekend work required when necessary

The MUST haves:

  • PROVEN success leading in-home, home improvement sales teams
  • External Home Improvement sales management and sales experience
  • Ability to proactively search, recruit, hire and train new sales reps
  • High level of detail orientation, planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills for proposal and contract/proposal development, and ability to train
  • Ability to handle customer escalations
  • PROVEN sales success – you will be running sales appointments
  • Must be savvy with technology – experience using CRMs and cloud-based programs is essential
  • High energy, friendly, collaborative, strategic
  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid presentation, written, and verbal communication
  • Job progression on resume and educational development
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
