ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of People and Culture, you will work in partnership with the President and leadership team to support the business strategy through the people agenda. The role is responsible for oversight and administration of all HR/Talent strategic and operational functions, including delivery of the talent strategy/execution, learning & development, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, professional development, performance management, employee communications pertaining to HR issues, employee relations, and talent acquisition/staffing.
WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING
- Lead business transformation through influence and team building
- Ability to communicate, engage and be the catalyst for change
- Handle complex human resource matters, serving as an advisor to leadership
- Working with the executive team to advise on organizational design, execution of restructure plans and provide change management consultancy
- Provide insights regarding talent, competitive landscape, compensation, and new ways of working
- Facilitate performance management program that aligns to business goals; monitoring performance evaluation process, promotions and merit increases as well as role and management changes
- Manage People and Culture projects and internal communications regarding initiatives as determined by talent priorities
- Review and benchmark against industry leaders to continuously contribute to the improvement of compensation, benefits and offerings, ensuring Inboxlab Inc. remains competitiveCreate learning and development programs, working with the executive team to plan for higher level organizational and leadership development offerings
- Promote and create feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of People and Culture services and processes
- Oversee all employee lifecycle processes from new hire to termination
- Strategize on creating the ultimate total compensation package for employees
- Conduct formal and informal employee surveys, understanding employee opinions, engagement drivers, and culture indicators and anticipating their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams, ensuring key business initiatives are successful
WHAT YOUâLL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience with at least 2 year as a Sr. Leader
- An ability to make quick decisions and initiate action in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, planning and organizational skills
- Strong relationship building skills and emotional intelligence to build rapport and trust and work effectively with different types of people at all levels
- A desire to network internally across the group and to build visibility externally
- Strong persuasive and influencing skills to provide consultancy and solutions to different levels of stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- An ability to write and articulate complex information into simple, easy to understand language for employees
- An ability to apply generalist expertise to everyday work, employee relations, people strategy, talent solutions and workforce planning
- Solid analytical skills to interpret people data to drive talent decisions
- An ability to adapt and respond to change, to challenge the status quo and be a change agent/leader
