Position Summary:
This leader and their team will be responsible for leading a Program Office that will direct and coordinate all aspects of both the MMFA Portfolio and Robotics COE within the business. This includes creating and maintaining the overall master plan across the portfolio, managing governance processes, providing tracking and reporting of portfolio initiatives including value capture, as well as providing coaching and support to key initiative leaders

Responsibilities:
Program and Portfolio Management
- Oversee the MMFA PMO and Portfolio, including governance processes intake processes, prioritization, roadmap planning and execution
- Develop and lead metrics that measures the portfolio performance through quantitative and qualitative measures
- Ensure that the portfolio of roadmaps are current, integrated and aligned to each function’s respective KPIs
- Lead Project Managers and ensure defined PM processes are followed
- Define and ensure appropriate resource allocation and project prioritization processes
- Develop, communicate, and reinforce a clear-criteria for value generation and project justification for both non-SP&D initiatives as well as partner closely with programs that are supported in part by the Portfolio Management team in partnership with the SP&D Office
- Manage the Portfolio and Project Reporting efforts including reporting and dashboard processes
Strategic Consulting
- Provide business consulting to ensure that business strategies are aligned to technical strategies and delivered upon consistently for value
- Lead programs, create roadmaps and provide strategic consulting as needed on complex initiatives and focs areas
Robotics COE
- Robotics Business Strategy, Reporting & Marketing:
- Advance and oversee the Robotics COE organization to deliver on process improvement areas
- Support the development of a holistic roadmap for MMUS by organizing and vetting RPA projects
- Analyze, understand and communicate the tradeoffs involved with decisions
- Develop dashboards and reporting to manage in-flight work to CBA
- Define & champion policies, guidelines and best practices for vetting RPA candidates and business readiness
- Identify leading Key Risk Indicators for monitoring near-term and emerging implementation risks. Conduct Risk Roundtable sessions to raise awareness and monitor mitigation plans
- Develop an approach for ongoing communication and highlighting of Robotics success stories.
Robotics Program Oversight & Execution:
- Drive successful completion of Robotics initiatives on time and within budget through strong leadership, effective communication, issue resolution
- Ensure adequate planning and prioritization that supports the vision and strategy
- Collaborate with team members, senior management and key stakeholders around strategy and definition of program scope, goals, and deliverables that support initiative objectives
- Provide leadership and ownership of Robotics portfolio for a particular business channel, which includes project intake, assessment, consultation, and tracking
- Effectively manage the execution of strategy and planning and work with Project Mangers of each Robotics implementation to develop strategies, changes in program scope, potential risks, and devise contingency plans to minimize impact and delays
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience with Program Management / IT Strategy Consulting and/or Corporate Strategy
- Seasoned individual capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of working through ambiguity demonstrating influencing skills
- Drives continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
- Able to garner support and gain momentum to bring new ideas through to implementation
- Strong thought leader, strategic thinker and problem solver
