Executive Director

Seeking experienced leader to take on an array on tasks, such as bringing in more sales from agency agreements and lessons, monitoring profit loss, improving user experience, and expanding our services. Light administrative work needed, such as booking travel and scheduling engagements. Candidate should have experience or ability to learn from the CEO a range of areas including: digital marketing, PR, social media marketing, brand awareness, WIX, MindBody, customer service, and light video and print media design, and fundraising. In addition to a base salary, Executive Director will be responsible for meeting monetary targets and will be offered bonus or commission incentives. Starting base salary is commiserate with experience.

Must have a BA or higher with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are a fast-growing arts organization in Dupont Circle entering our 5th year in business. For valuable, results-driven staff, there is ample room to grow along with us.

Hours can be flexible and may change with our even schedule. Typically M-Th 3-9pm and some weekends. Some work may be done from home as long as goals are being met.
