    Job overview:

    We are looking for a proactive, ultra-organized, and highly professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in the success of a fast-growing health-tech startup by bringing stability and organization to the C-suite. This position will be based at optimize.health’s headquarters in Seattle.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct administrative support for our Executive team, managing multiple calendars and keeping the company running efficiently
    • Act as gatekeeper, prioritizing appointment requests and availability
    • Plan and coordinate executive meetings
    • Support material preparation for meetings: gather input, create, format, and edit presentation slides
    • Coordinate food and beverage requests, as needed
    • Coordinate company events and holiday parties
    • Arrange travel plans, and compile documents for travel-related meetings
    • Serve as the point of contact between your team and internal/external stakeholders
    • Receive and deliver mail and packages
    • Perform receptionist duties as required
    • Identify areas to improve processes, efficiency, and organization

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Relevant administrative experience supporting an executive or several executives
    • High integrity and respect for confidentiality
    • Excellent communication skills (in-person, over email, and phone)
    • A passion for organization and strong attention to detail
    • Amazing multitasking abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
    • A positive, can-do attitude
    • Expertise working in G Suite (GMail, Google Calendar, etc.)
    • Strong writing skills
    • A willingness to occasionally ship packages and help with general office management

    We’d especially love to meet you if you have:

    • Experience with Slack
    • Experience working in healthcare or startup environments
    • Event planning experience
