We are looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly for the CEO and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional and courteous, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills and excels at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
· Point person for coordinating meetings and conference calls
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
· Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
· Composing and preparing correspondence to an array of constituencies
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Required skills:
· Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an EA reporting directly to senior management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Calm demeanor under pressure
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Friendly and professional demeanor in person and on the phone
