Title: Executive Assistant (XO) with a confident “can do” attitude

Status: Independent contractor

Work week: 20-40 hours

Compensation: $30/hour + bonus based on performance

Experience: Retired Veteran with 20 years in the Military

Job: Execute the businesses vision & missions thru team-building & protocols and within a work system & budget

The XO must enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community-oriented where we do things right and we do the right thing.

The XO will need to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written & verbal briefing-type communication, administrative & organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

The XO must be able to work independently on projects (missions) from conception to completion, and under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 /hour
