Thanks for looking here. We are a telemedicine company looking for an executive assistant to the CEO. The role would initially start as part-time with transition to full-time, can work remotely with one in-person meeting every two weeks however available even after hours to handle minor requests.
This role would require administrative tasks in healthcare, however no patient interaction would be involved. The expectation would be to help the Physician CEO with daily tasks including schedule management, arranging travel, sending gifts, paying bills, acting also as a concierge to him. We are a small company growing fast, treating patients across the country and saving lives.

A more detailed role includes:
-Excellent communication skills, very comfortable with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Gmail, Zoom
-Prompt response time
-Capable of managing multiple calendars and schedules
-Create and edit presentations, PDF documents, agendas, spreadsheets, communications, databases, and reports as needed
-Setup meetings, zoom invites, take meeting minutes
-Basic knowledge of design work for brochures, business cards, marketing material
-Working with design companies to get marketing material printed
-Maintain and helping credentialing and licensing of physicians across states and hospitals
-Able to multitask at the highest-level operating side by side with management
-Social media & company marketing not limited to but including LinkedIN, Facebook, Instagram postings
-Keep on top of monthly billing/subscription services/phone/internet etc
-Maintain records of schedules for payroll to submit to HR
-Respond to any requests made by physicians on the team
-Organize documents and file management on the cloud
– Manage travel arrangements including but not limited to conference reservations, hotel accommodations, flight scheduling, rental car bookings, dinner reservations, company vacations etc…
-Maintain integrity and accuracy of data (will be taught)
-Provides a bridge for smooth communication; demonstrates leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff and their immediate team
