Executive Administrative Assistant
Well-established Beverly Hills boutique real estate management firm, who believes the customer experience is of #1 concern, needs an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and CFO. Will interface with clients, employees and vendors. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Minimum 4 years’ experience. Must have a high level of professionalism. Strong writing skills a must!

$60-$70K compensation based on experience, plus benefits package.
