Responsible for leadership and strategic direction of the Population Health including the management of value-based contracts. Drives the performance of many critical accountable care, patient centered quality initiatives across the organization. Collaborates with all levels of Northwest healthcare system staff, community organizations, and leadership teams to enhance member participation and improve quality outcomes for patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field, master’s preferred. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
