Duties
Academics
- Staff evaluations
- Student data for individual sites and overall
- Testing – MAP/NWEA
- Essential skills instruction/scoring
- Admin rep for meetings with district
- Manage staff trainings/ODE compliance
- Overall curriculum review
- Support staff on classroom issues: behavior, attendance, independent work, etc
- Teacher PD and in-service training
- Provide supplies/curriculum/materials to site
Administration
- Policies: revising, developing and training staff
- Program systems: revising and developing new systems and training staff
- Board involvement
- Fundraising
- Managing job and Board volunteer advertisements
- Interviewing staff and volunteers
- Manage accreditation
Adult Diploma Program
- Assist Adult Diploma Program Instructor
- Assist in managing enrollments
- Assist in the Development Plan of Completion and coursework
- Assist in Scoring/grading/creating report cards
