The Director is the leading nurse for the nursing units. The Director is responsible for the management of the medical supplies, budget preparation for the department. evaluating the performance of staff, recruitment for the department, scheduling of staff, and maintaining and improving service quality. The Director works with the other team members who provide health care series to thepatients to coordinate and manage the treatment processes.
He or she is responsible for the complete planning for the department to ensure excellent care to patients.
