Construction Project Managers – Exterior Restoration

Ocean Tower Construction, LLC is currently seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager specializing in restoration Including EIFS, deck coating, caulking, concrete restoration and exterior coatings to come on board! Our company provides interior and exterior restoration and renovation services for commercial, retail, residential and corporate facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of construction field and experience
• Positive attitude towards work, company, co-workers;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Good computer skills (a must): MS Office, Internet, CRM, estimating software
• Strong problem-solving skills – willing to research and do what it takes to complete a project
• Open to changes and improvement
• Great personality, friendly, open to communication
• Self-sustained – able to manage a project from estimating, communicating and meeting with the customer, ordering materials to completion
• Great leadership skills
• Minimum high school level; college level preferred
• Able to read blue prints

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple job site projects;
• Supervise progress and quality of work
• Follow and improve processes that ensure the clarity, accuracy, timeliness in meeting deadlines
• Demonstrate a certain degree of creativity and latitude while relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform project management functions;
• Support estimators with scheduling approved projects.
