Childcare Director

As one of the largest childcare provider in the Fox Valley area, Play & Grow Learning Center with centers in Greenville, Appleton, and Sherwood is growing again and looking to expand their leadership team. We are looking for experienced Childcare Teachers, Assistant Directors, or Directors that are looking to take on a leadership role with us at one of our 3 centers. This position will start as a Lead Teacher with the goal of taking on a Mentor position. Those that are successful in this role may be considered for a position as an Assistant Director, Education Director, or Center Director position when there is an opening on our Leadership team.

This could be in a short time, or could be several years. The chosen candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully operate a classroom before being moved into the Director in Training role. This person must have multiple years experience in childcare. Must also have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood, or a Bachelors Degree in Education or in a similar field.
