Strategic leader with exceptional relationship-building skills needed to steer our health care organization. Successful candidate will be a proven leader with deep knowledge of, and experience in, health care, finance, operations, and quality improvement.
The CEO is responsible for the overall operations of Your Community Health Center (YCHC), the creation and/or application of policies, providing support to the Board of Directors, and providing liaison between the Board and the Center Staff.
Examples of Specific Responsibilities:
·Lead YCHC to develop a vision and action plan;
· Work in concert with senior leadership team and Board of Directors to ensure administrative and financial integrity of YCHC;
· Strengthen and continuously improve YCHCs’ capacities and capabilities as it continues to deliver quality care;
·Effectively partner and collaborate with a variety of local, state, and national organizations (this includes cultivating new partnerships as well);
·Serve as YCHC’s ambassador to advocate and lead discussions around health care policies, rules, and changes and the impacts they have on our patients and communities;
·Maintain financial health and viability for YCHC.
Desired Qualifications Include:
·Senior-level experience in health care, including health care finance, public health, and community-based services (preferably non-profit experience).
·Track record of developing and maintaining effective collaborations and partnerships.
·Demonstrated success in development/fundraising and revenue generation.
·Ability to negotiate solutions in the best interest of patients.
·Advanced degree in related fields of Administration, Public Health, Medicine or equivalent experience.
