Our company is currently searching for an experienced, dedicated, and reliable Executive Assistant to assist our CEO in the day-to-day tasks and projects working with our companies and clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced working environment. Position Qualifications and Requirements:

– MUST have a minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience

– MUST have an excellent verbal and written English literacy

– MUST have an exceptional and efficient multitasking and time-management skills

– Ability to manage a multitude of information, tasks, and business relationships

– Understanding of how to react and prioritize in navigating last-minute tasks

– Ability to coordinate meetings, travel and scheduling of senior-level executives and clientele

– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of people

– Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks and projects

– Responsible and conscientious decision-maker with integrity and excellent judgment

– Strong discretion and respect for confidentiality and ethics

– Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: Starts @ 50K plus bonuses & benefits (Relocation budget available for qualified candidate)
