Job Summary

Keystone Development, LLC is a fast-growing real estate developer currently seeking a qualified Assistant Project Manager for our multi-family projects located close to downtown Dallas. This position will report to the Construction Manager and is responsible for overseeing all construction activities and the the timely completion of projects on budget. We are looking for a reliable and consistent individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is excited about building quality projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Defining scopes of work for all aspects of construction
  • Interacting with subcontractors and consultants
  • Negotiating and writing contracts and change orders
  • Interacting with vendors and negotiating material pricing
  • Creating, reviewing and updating schedules
  • Collaborating with superintendents to assure job is progressing on schedule and on budget
  • Resolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administration
  • Visiting job sites and doing quality control
  • Having a working knowledge of all required plans and specifications

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
  • Desire to excel and build quality product
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated decision making skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing conditions
  • Ability to work in high production environment

Compensation package includes a base salary, a generous incentive bonus and paid time off.
