Summary of Position:
- Provide targeted and personalized secretarial and administrative support to Senior Account Managers.
- Working in an energetic team environment, the candidate must be able to adapt to other team member’s working and communication styles.
- Primarily, this role will involve assisting team in facilitating a close working relationship with GCs, architects, site supervisors, buyers & store planners on each and every project.
- Our entire staff is expected ro keep our clients’ needs fulfilled and should contribute to our success in being one of the top shelving suppliers across the nation.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting callers, establishing reason for contact, and directing them to the appropriate department for assistance.
- Daily processing of specified accounts’ paperwork and clerical needs.
- Filing and record management.
- Order placement and data entry.
- Communication via email, phone, web applications, & teleconference to assist team with project management.
- Stand in when Senior Account Managers are on a job site or otherwise out of the office.
- Comprehension of products and services to efficiently assist our internal staff.
Job Requirements and Skills Include:
- Willing to learn and understand account-specific company regulations, key players, proffered component and methods of operation.
- Desire to go above and beyond in fulfilling staff’s working needs which may vary from person to person.
- Ability to communicate complications ro operations and supporting internal departments.
- Willing to acquire a comprehension of construction documents such as floor plans/blueprints.
- A fast paced demeanor with strong attention to detail and ability to keep organized while multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook and Excel.
- Willing to work overtime hours and answer calls outside of business hours when necessary.
- You must complete the Indeed Assessment for consideration.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Highschool Graduate
- Project Management experience preferred
