To provide administrative support to the Vice-President of Finance and Administrative Services.
Minimum Qualifications
*Knowledge of accounting principles, research methods, analytical processes, and office procedures. *Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to be detail oriented. *Demonstrated ability to interpret policies and procedures. *Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others, including the public, with experience being a team-player. *Considerable knowledge of different computer software programs including Microsoft Office, and electronic storage operations. *Must be able to budget and track expenses. *Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. *High level of tact, discretion, confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
*Associate degree or higher *Experience with inventory management *Executive Assistant experience *Experience processing contracts, lease agreements, MOUs, MOAs
