This position is the global leader for the center led Procurement Sourcing organization, where you will be directly leading Category SMEs and team leaders to develop Global Category strategies to be deployed in major regions. In the position, you will lead the strategic sourcing process, leveraging the company’s total buy enabling measurable bottom-line savings. Utilizing real-time operational information from sources across the business, you will identify trends and swiftly trigger process improvements across the company.
Position Overview:
- You will drive year-over-year savings from $500M+ in operational resource expenditure, whilst maximizing organization effectiveness through enterprise technology solutions and strategic management of operational resources.
- Mitigating risk associated with third party providers of goods and services, including to, but not limited to: IT Services (i.e. ADM, Cloud Integration, etcâŚ), Hardware, IT Outsourcing, Data Center and Network.
- You will be a catalyst for cultural change within the company to manage operational resources, whilst supporting and assisting in the execution of the vision of Corporate Sourcing to be a top quartile performer utilizing world-class technology and solutions.
- By building a future vision, with executive consensus, that recognizes and promotes the purchasing/sourcing/supply-based contribution to competitiveness, you will aid in guiding Company’s behavior towards achieving elite status.
- Develop strategic alliances with internal customers and suppliers to maximize operating efficiency and profitability.
- Create a strategic planning process that promotes iterative strategy development and encourages the efficient use of limited corporate resources to achieve specific company-wide performance goals.

Requirements:
- BA in business or other quantitative field. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Procurement or equivalent industry-specific experience in spend responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to relate well to all kinds of people up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization.

- Must have heavy Sourcing & Negotiation in the IT space with management of a team of professionals. Financial Services industry experience preferred. Previous experience working at a Fortune 500 company preferred.
