Position Description:
Trulite is one of North America’s largest architectural glass & aluminum fabricators and distributors, with many locations nationwide. We are currently seeking a Vice President, Sales and Marketing located at our Corporate Offices in Peachtree City, Ga . Our VP, Sales & Marketing will develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. Overall responsibilities include business and market development, customer management, management of market research, and strategic sales growth. This role will also be responsible for improving the productivity and effectiveness of the sales and marketing organization including designing, tracking and communicating key metrics (data analysis and reporting), process improvement, efficiency, training and best practices implementation.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with in-depth sales experience and a passion to exceed the goal. They will have a strong work ethic, exceptional project management skills, proactive communication skills, and a record of building outstanding relationships with internal/external customers. In addition, they will bring a strong sense of urgency, ability to work in a very fast-paced and deadline driven environment, and be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing business landscape.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets vision and plan for Trulite go to market based on company strategy.

Designs and implements key metrics to ensure sales and marketing organization success.

Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities.

Provides thought leadership to the sales and marketing organization.

Translates strategy and information into actionable sales and marketing goals

Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization.

Develops and recommends sales quotas and commission models.

Partners with Regional Vice Presidents to identify and successfully implement opportunities for sales and marketing process improvement.

Administer and provide direction for multiple complex projects such as demand generation, corporate system enhancements, business development opportunities, funnel management, audits and corporate process changes

Prioritizes investments in technologies to support sales organization productivity.

Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization.

Leads overall customer data integrity, cleansing, reporting.

Works closely with regional RVPs, Sales, Finance, and HR to establish and oversee the administration of sales compensation program, rules, policies, and procedures.

Recruits and participates in the hiring process of additional team members as needed to support the organization.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree

Knowledge, Training, Skills and/or Experience:
15+ years of prior sales and marketing operations, business planning, or sales support management roles

4-year degree (MBA preferred)

Highly strategic and forward thinking

Strong analytical thinking and numerical ability

Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ability to simplify complex analytics into actionable insights for multiple internal audiences

Able to resolve fast-paced issues/challenges.

Demonstrated proficiency and consistency in Company sales processes, practices, and policies

Able to collaborate; effectively working across multiple levels, roles, and functions in the organization
