We’re looking for a bright and energetic individual who will help execute our vision of “facilitating financial success and financial wellness” with every member, every time. This position will lead the business to drive the digital future, specifically around member experiences and other growth strategies. This role will help the organization with strategic planning and execution of digital strategies through technology and business transformation using a portfolio of technology products. This includes business analytics, digital delivery channels, electronic operations, and the member support center. Collaboration on digital campaign strategy, SEO, efficiencies, and member engagement is critical. .
Requirements:
- College degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
- 5 + years of financial service operations and digital experience.
- 3+ years management experience with a strong emphasis on coaching and development.
- Demonstrated experience managing a growing staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting software
- Must be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and a strategic thinker
