Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Vice President, COO EM Debt, Non-Strategic & CPM Trading Americas in New York, NY to identify, implement, and execute opportunities for revenue growth across flow and structured trading cash and complex derivative instruments within Latin America, including front to back development of new funds and complex structures across jurisdictions. Requires a Masters’ degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience evaluating financial and non-financial risk including regulatory risk involving operating region regulators. Must include at least two (2) years of experience analyzing and developing control requirements using knowledge of business functions related to Tax, Legal, Operations, Market and Credit Risk infrastructure groups; developing long term strategies for Risk Appetite Statement, country expansion and exits, and resource allocations involving liquidity, FX and fund entity structuring for tax and regulatory purposes; coordinating product launches and conducting structured transactions through external service provider preparedness and approvals; performing balance sheet and financial resource optimization involving operational, market, and credit risk reductions by using industry trade compressions; managing Credit Default Swap exposures to clearing house and member banks to reduce margin and associated collateral funding expenses; consulting with Financial regulators, including FINRA, on regulatory matters and assisting with regulatory filings and general compliance; and monitoring balance sheet limits and risk parameters involving VaR and RWA. #DNI
