The SPS CEO Chief of Staff will equip our CEO with key customer insights and provide support in addressing commercial priorities which will facilitate overall business growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer along with internal team members to support plans that will maximize the growth, development and return on investment of SPS’s offering portfolio globally.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare CEO for critical meetings (Customer reviews, annual and monthly business reviews): Making sure that CEO up to date on information ahead of time; prepare power point presentations for internal & external engagements.
- Standardize MOS/cadence and use it to drive results
- Drive implementations – implement score card & metrics across commercial excellence team; drive plans to grow sales and increase profitability; drive customer facing events; implement marketing and business plans aligned to STRAP, work with cross functional teams to execute plans for driving financial results;
- Plan and lead reviews: channel distribution reviews, business reviews, executive reviews within every function in the organization, conduct lead time assessments
- Lead special initiatives: marketing & commercial Excellence projects that align short and long-term objectives; Identify options for developing forward looking product, software and service plans that enable profitable growth into the future;
- Investigate marketing opportunities with significant scale and synergy to drive growth and leverage current portfolio of products, software and services.
This role will be based out of SPS Office in Uptown, Charlotte.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years+ total experience including 3 years interacting with senior executives in a corporate environment

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
