    This will be the most challenging and the most rewarding position you’ll ever have!

    From business operations to social soirees and property management to business travel — you will ultimately be able to independently to carry out the interest of the CEO on your own.

    You will be owning and handling the challenging moments and tasks that a successful business and his personal life are built on.

    Work for this CEO does not stop at 5 pm so you need to be flexible with availability and willingness to work some evenings.

    High performers work until their tasks are done, NOT just until the clock runs out.

    • Organizing & Prioritizing the ongoing, never-ending list of tasks that need to be done
    • Helping Maintain Alignment in the CEO’s life
    • Executing a variety of tasks for CEO – Personal & Business (from coffee to contract execution)
    • Traveling to events with CEO
    • Making the CEO look good and perform at a higher level
    • Organizing live events
    • Orchestrating travel for the team
    • Organizing company events
    • Organizing & keeping the company office awesome (clean up, supplies, organization, etc)
    • Maintaining and creating digital assets
    • Writing articles
    • Online research
    • Interaction with a variety of entrepreneurs
    • Limited Property Management (with guidance)
    • Managing CEOs personal calendar
