Constellation West is seeking a Software Developer, Applications/Project Manager to perform preventive, corrective, and adaptive maintenance actions on CSAS. Preventive and corrective maintenance are those actions to ensure the production (i.e., deployed) baseline version of CSAS is operational. Adaptive maintenance are those actions to modify the production baseline to incorporate system fixes, meet unmet or new requirements, and changes required to comply with emergent cyber requirements.
Perform as the onsite Project Manager responsible for all Contractor work performed under this task order.
- Proficient in the use of standard workstations and software (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Zip Files, and Adobe Acrobat, at a minimum).
- Able to travel to Government Sites to perform Site Visits and able to work in those spaces.
- Maintain a US government SECRET security clearance.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in developing, creating, and modifying specialized computer applications and programs.
- Have at least 5 years of supervisory experience of computer programmers.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in developing software applications using AGILE software development.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in analyzing user needs and developing custom software solutions for client use.
- Have experience in the following software component: Radio Resource Allocation and Control Systems (RADRACS) server, RADRACS Client, Smart Proxy Agent Manager (SPAM), Radio Logging (RADLOGS) server, RADLOGS client, Radio Resource Allocation Automated Broadcast Scheduler (RADABS), LogServer, Radio Rotatable Log Periodic Antenna (RadRLPA).
