Polte is creating the next generation of solutions using IoT. We provide a differentiated location solution, which transforms what is possible with IoT by enabling low-cost, low-power, accurate location indoors and outdoors.
We are seeking to fill the Sr. Product Manager position to help lead the product teams at Polte. The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
– Provide cross functional product team leadership for agile SaaS development.
– Establish feature roadmaps by prioritizing needs of customers and creating release plans together with our engineering and design teams.
– Author and maintain Product Requirements Documents and associated customer-facing Product Specification Documents and Product Marketing material.
– Create and present decks that communicate our product roadmaps and strategy.
– Support executive leadership to define go-to-market plans and strategies.
Qualifications:
– 5-7 years experience in Product Manage or similar role:
– Agile, customer-design centered software
– Strong technical skills and knowledge.
– Proven leadership and strong communications skills.
– Enterprise SaaS product experience.
– Strong customer and external partner management skills.
– Strong and proven business acumen. Create business cases, develop ROI analyses for customer use cases.
– Knowledge of IoT, 4G/ 5G
– MBA, BS Computer Science or Engineering required

Salary: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
