Job Summary:
Lead the Retention Strategy to identify and reduce customer churn, identify all areas across the organization impacting churn and improve overall customer retention. This role will focus primarily on predictive Churn analysis and will work closely with support, products, marketing and customer success to identify potential Churn threats, execute retention tactics and demand accountability throughout the organization.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing/relevant educational field
· 4 years minimum SaaS experience in a customer support/success role
· Previous experience in Operations and Customer Service/Retention required
· Knowledge of Churn and Customer Retention Programs
· Strong team player, able to effectively work with all levels of management especially product management, engineering and sales.
· Ability to prepare and present data-based presentations
