This role will lead the agile team and development partners with a well-defined customized software development life cycle process. This would include processing definition, Agile Scrum/SAFe Agile based Software development, Hybrid Agile based module development along with cross functional communication, software technical project management, requirements traceability, source code control, test case management and defect tracking.
This position provides clear resource loading of software team and capacity planning of the software. This position also represents the team at Release level to report status of multiple Agile feature teams to leadership.

This role will be required to work within the global matrixed organization. This role will work with multiple development partners to build scalable software and module development lifecycle processes. The Module will include Software and database interfaces for process, projects and tools used to build IT systems on premise and on cloud.

Responsible for multiple projects, teams and systems. The role requires exceptional versatility including: project leadership, technology, and Agile planning and communication.

The Agile Scrum Manager is required to:
  • Manage, negotiate, and coordinate with technology, and business stakeholders on prioritization of tactical and strategic technology initiatives, as well as monitor the entire project process
  • Work with other team members to identify and justify investment opportunities
  • Work directly with business owners to define requirements (capabilities,epics and user stories).
  • Implement processes, practices and tools allowed for multiple paths of delivery. I.e., create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible methodologies.
  • Recommend improvements and drive alignment across the IngenioRx organization
  • Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization to facilitate adoption and maturity.
  • Lead and influence others including those more senior on best practices.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors.
  • Inspire others to adopt the new processes and improvements based on program retrospectives.
  • Work with the Agile coach for IngenioRx in mentoring the scrum teams and align them to the enterprise practice of agile adoption and continue to explore opportunities to improve the processes and tools.

Scrum Master Sr:Requires BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree; minimum of 5 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred CSM, CSPO or equivalent; Preferred experience within medium sized Agile implementations (e.g. 5-7 teams).Scrum Master Advisor:Requires BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree; minimum of 7 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred CSM, CSPO or equivalent; Preferred experience within large sized Agile implementations (e.g. 7 or more teams).Experience working in IT and/or Software Development project/program management is required.Leadership experience in customer centric organizations.Proficient with Agile development management tools (JIRA preferred).Strong business acumen in healthcare. US Healthcare industry experience is a plus.Strong understanding of entire development cycle, from concept to deployment and monitoring.Working knowledge of key technical concepts such as Java, .NET, RDBMS, big data, cloud-based systems (especially AWS), web services, micro services, SOA and frameworks, etc will be a strong plus. Experience working with an onshore/offshore model.Excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical professionals.
