We are looking for a Scrum Master that will be a part of a highly collaborative, multi-functional Scrum team. You’ll advise and lead teams on Agile values, practices, and processes to ensure that squads are fully functional, productive and always focused on the sprint goals.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a team player with demonstrated success leading Agile software development teams.
  • Assists the teams in achieving their sprint goals by consistently enforcing Scrum principles and practices.
  • Eliminates impediments and removes blockers by working with a wide range of stakeholders until a resolution is reached so that the team can remain focused on achieving their objectives.
  • Works closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the prioritization and business value of all stories is fully understood, and works with the team to create solid, well-defined user stories.
  • Works with the Product Owner on long-term release planning.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years strong Agile project management experience in a web-based environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Previous work experience using Jira
  • Technology company project management experience preferably in new product development.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and mediation skills
  • A background in coaching and developing people, and in influencing behavior towards constant improvement
  • Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum
