Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Scrum Master, in the Clarksburg, WV area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
The FSS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customers success is driving our growth.
This position supports a program control management team for multiple large scale IT systems that are in the process of transitioning to the Amazon Web Services cloud platform. Experience with managing Agile teams is required. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile metrics is required. A background with software system architectures is preferred. A SAFe Program Consultant Certification is preferred. Experience serving as a Scrum Master within an Agile release train is preferred.
A qualified candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Agile coaching and Agile management support of teams who may be using Java and other languages, Linux and other environments, and/or be part of the networking and security teams.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance is required.
