Job Responsibilities:
Scrum Master, with atleast 10+ years of experience.

Hands-on Agile process experience, with Scrum Master exp of atleast 4 years

Engineering background would be added advantage

Responsibilities will include: scrum master, project managing team projects, coordinating within the team and across multiple organizations.

Strong project management practices, scrum master skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and demonstrated ability to interface with both the customer and internal stakeholders. The candidate will have experience as a scrum master & project manager

Required experience:

• Experience on an Agile team, specifically as a scrum master.
• Heavy coordination experience, from new projects to production support.
• With internal input, observation and assessment, actively manage milestones in the project plan, including mapping of internal Agile/Lean approaches with epics, stories, scrum, etc. from teams to a fact based assessment of progress, gaps and forecast of project activities.
• Excellent communications skills quality development engineers, team leads, and management.

Additional Skills:

• Scrum Master certification a plus, but practical experience is a must.
