Job Description:
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the development and performance of all market management in each assigned market; instilling the Boyd Group’s Mission, Vision and Wildly Important Goals into daily execution. The RVP will direct business and financial strategies that deliver outstanding service to our clients, exceptional leadership for our staff, provide expertise within our industry and effectively contribute to the development of company growth. The RVP provides leadership, strategic planning and monitoring of all sales activities to ensure the regional organization achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with the Company’s goals; ensuring that all operational processes are executed per WOW guidelines and that each store runs efficiently while meeting budget and sales goals. This leader establishes, plans and jointly builds strategies to increase sales revenue from current clients and new client acquisitions and is responsible for new market growth via new store acquisition and same store sales growth while focused on strengthening client and customer relationships.
This RVP will partner with the Executive Management team, operations and other functional leadership, as well as key customers, to drive sustained business results and to create a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This position is to be based out of Gerber Collision & Glass’ corporate headquarters in Elmhurst, IL.
Responsibilities:
Staff:
- Manage the activities of all locations within the region through active coordination with the Market Managers.

Manage and hold all staff accountable for market performance by:
- Clearly communicate and ensure all reporting employees understand the company mission to WOW every customer and be the best
- Ensure staff is following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Recognize and document exceptional and substandard performance
- Work to develop a team that is focused on our mission and that enthusiastically strives to deliver consistent repair service experiences that exceeds customers’ expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolve customer concerns as required
- Promote safe, clean working conditions, review ERS audits and safety records of their locations. Ensure that all personal protective equipment is being used properly and document managers that do not enforce Gerber’s safety policies
External Development:
Work with corporate staff to achieve the external growth of the region
Internal Reporting and Communications:
- Review all performance reports for all markets in the region
- Review region performance against goals with Market Managers and provide coaching to ensure all markets are performing to potential
- Conduct operations reviews with market managers on a monthly basis
- Ensure that all markets in the region are adhering to the WOW operating model
- Participate in company operational meetings as requested

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years collision repair management experience required
- Ability to read and understand financial statements required
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred
