Regional Operations Manager

Dental Acquisitions Group (DAG) a growing private practice group with 28 plus locations and is expanding in Cincinnati/Dayton area and is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to help support practice operations for our multiple practices. Essential to this role is your ability to develop close working partnerships with dentists and office managers. Regional travel is a must, as a consistent presence is the practices that you support is a critical component to sustained success.

Job Requirements: DENTAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 5 years or more as a Dental Manager
• 3 + years as a regional manager also welcome
• Dentrix, Eaglesoft and Open Dental knowledge
• Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
• Excellent customer service

• Patient and able listen to staff and patients to deliver on their needs
• Capable of successfully addressing and mitigating needs and concerns of patients and staff
• Must be organized, goal-orientated, and results-driven
• Ability to coach, develop, and retain office staff in multiple locations
• Able to remain calm and collected in a fast-paced, high-volume environment all while maintaining a high-level of organization

The Operations Manager is responsible for:

• Managing all day-to-day operations and responsibilities of assigned practices including employee relations, patient relations, achieving operational goals, and tracking KPIs
• Achieving revenue goals by effectively managing the office teams, patient scheduling, staff productivity, and receivables
• Increasing patient growth and retention by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs
• Building office morale by promoting a supportive team environment
• Ensuring successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures
• Communicating on a regular basis with Office Managers, Operations Manager, Marketing, and HR about office needs
