Position Summary:
+ Ensure program compliance with: all relevant federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations as they pertain to DBE/MWBE related programs and the applicable prime contract requirements governing DBE/MWBE compliance obligations. You will also be working to continuously improve our working relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers, especially in the area of DBE/MWBE participation

+ Educate, train, and raise awareness for the DBE Compliance Program to ensure a proper understanding by all employees whose work involves participation with DBE firms

+ Organize MWBE events and represent Hunt in the MWDBE community for intentional engagement-Work with management to fulfill the company’s values with respect to vendor diversity

+ Help us build, nurture and cultivate a more diverse sub-contractor base as well as administer and develop a strong DBE compliance program.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
