The *Recruiting Services Manager* will manage and administer all on-campus recruiting for students/alumni by serving as the primary contact for employer representatives. Duties of the position include: * Oversee web-based recruiting system. * Coordinate establishment and scheduling of all on-campus employer recruiting visits and engagement events. * Review, approve and post job and internship postings. * Work closely with Career Counselors to identify employer engagement opportunities, advertise, plan, organize and coordinate activities associated with each employer visit. * Maintain smooth operation of interview scheduling for students/alumni and employers. * Serve as the primary manager of content for the online career management system, known as Handshake, and troubleshoot problems as needed. * Responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of campus-wide career events such as career fairs and information sessions. * Develop and administer evaluations of events. * Supervise the GA, and student workers assigned to Employer Relations. * Oversee the Career Fairs Budget. * Manage the On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) program. * Oversee and coordinate all aspects of campus-wide career fairs and events. * Coordinate and oversee all marketing and communication initiatives of the Career Development Center. * Interpret, evaluate, and apply recruitment policies and procedures of Appalachian State University. * Serve as an integral member of the Career Development Center team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
