We are looking for an Operations Manager for the Global Chief Operating Officer Recruiting Operations team, based in Menlo Park, San Francisco, Austin or Washington D.C. This full-time position reports into the COO Programs, Operations and Diversity Director and will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the COO recruiting team; identifying processes, resources and tools that improve productivity, performance, and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the COO recruiting teams to analyze recruiter data and metrics, identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and measure ROI
  • Deploy reporting capabilities to enable organizational insights – including reporting ability for different teams, regions, and process areas
  • Communicate trends and findings to leaders as well as communicate data integrity issues or process gaps to individual contributing team members and leads
  • Evaluate additional information needs and recommend appropriate system changes or enhancements to meet the needs
  • Partner with COO recruiting leadership and Finance for end of year business planning, bottoms-up budget and data accuracy for both headcount and Opex. Be a data-driven partner to Finance, Recruiting Insights and other cross-functional partners with ability to analyze and summarize data. Prepare, track and report on key metrics and ROI for COO recruiting
  • Draft, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools, assists Recruiting/Recruiting Analytics team in the development or customization of standard reports for on-going client needs, generate ad hoc reports as required
  • Identify and remediate recruiter practices which put at risk data integrity, as well as provide solutions to prevent such risks in the future
  • Conduct analysis of current business processes and functional requirements
  • Demonstrate Metrics & Analytics capability to streamline reporting across all regions and pipelines and introduce predictive capabilities around the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Provide on-going training to team leads and individuals on analytic tools and existing dashboards, including but not limited to MS Excel, Salesforce, tableau, and others
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships to continually partner with Recruiting stakeholders, global cross-functional partners, Recruiting Analytics and related teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment operations, business intelligence, financial planning and analysis and/or project management
  • 8+ years reporting and/or analytics experience
  • Track record of partnering with recruiting, engineering, and data science teams to deliver data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations
  • Experience with recruiting data and/or data visualization tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in Tableau, Salesforce, Workday or industry-standard Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • 8+ years’ experience in recruitment operations, business intelligence, and/or project management
  • Experience collaborating and working with cross-functional teams across different time zones and focus areas
  • Interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships at all levels, across functions and geographic boundaries
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
  • Useful problem-solving capabilities and refined analytical skills
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies extemporaneously
