Facebook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leadership Recruiting Coordinator. This role will support the COO Leadership Recruiting teams with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating leadership candidate interviews and managing a great on-site candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scheduling phone, video call and full onsite interviews for Leadership (Director and up) candidates with care, speed and efficiency
  • Effectively partner with multiple stakeholders and complexities including the business leaders, admins, time-zones & calendar complexities in a timely manner
  • Coordinate a high touch, personalized, seamless candidate travel & expenses process
  • Communicate professionally and in a timely manner maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates and hiring teams
  • Host candidates who are onsite for interview (where location allows) and provide building tours, Oculus demos and other high touch candidate experiences
  • Work closely with other colleagues on cross-functional teams to represent Leadership candidate experience needs to implement any new initiatives and programs
  • Partner with the Admin community to negotiate calendar availability as needed and forward planning such as future holidays, business travel, external events etc.
  • Develop and organize Leadership Interviewers & Admin Appreciation initiatives and foster relationships based on team work, collaboration and support
  • Implement relevant coordination structures and process to evolve and improve leadership candidate experience related to Diversity, Candidate feedback, Reschedules and Interviewer training/engagement
  • Seamless handover of responsibilities during PTO, ensuring processes are documented, notes are the system, communication and planning of workload
  • Lead and participate in projects and initiatives related to improving Candidate Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity for senior level candidates across multiple North America and Global locations
  • Experience prioritizing multiple activities and tasks whilst simultaneously managing your work time
  • Experience working autonomously and partner with senior level recruiting partners, business leaders, other leadership/candidate experience team colleagues and admins
  • Communication experience
  • Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook and/or PC based calendar applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Leadership specific scheduling experience
  • COO business knowledge and experience
