Turner Property Services Group – Dayton

Turner Property Services Group is an Accredited Management Organization providing property owner/clients a full range of property management, maintenance and construction services, with a management portfolio of over 100 properties across Southwest Ohio. We are seeking an experienced commercial Property Manager to join our existing Management Team to be assigned the management of a portfolio of properties.

Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills, be detailed oriented, project a professional image; have the ability to multitask and work independently.

Some of the Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Developing property operation goals

o Budgeting

o Financial performance

· Coordinate maintenance and contracted services

· Maintain tenant relations

· Communicating with and preparing reports for property owner/clients

· Property inspections

Qualifications/Requirements

· Knowledge of commercial building systems

· Basic understanding of commercial leases and administrating responsibilities

· Organizational skills and an ability to prioritize workload

· At least 5 years’ experience

· College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Completed real estate designations a plus

· Compensation commensurate with skill and experience
