Job Description:

GDIT is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Managerin Washington, DCto join our team. This position requires an individual with a board skill set that can help our Information Technology Infrastructure Service Delivery organization, understand our customers evolving needs.

Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Duties:

Responsible for the day-to-day management and accountability of the projects assigned.

Supervises all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and is responsible to ensure project is meeting milestones and deliverables.

Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

Required Experience:

At least 5 years of related experience leading and managing IT projects, specializing in IT infrastructure and operations, to include service delivery, IT infrastructure systems, and solution development.

**This is currently a temporary position projected for approximately 6 months with the possibility to phase into a long term role**
