Position Description Summary
- Provideleadership, direction and management of a portfolio of terminal developmentprojects acting as the ownerâs representative on a range of large, terminalprograms to several medium- to small-sized projects.
Essential Job Duties
- Assistthe Terminal Development and Improvement Program with the development of scope,schedule and budget goals and objectives for a portfolio of terminaldevelopment projects.
- Planand define program goals, including the development/implementation of keyperformance metrics to demonstrate project goals/objectives.
- Actas the Terminal Development and Improvement Program (TDIP) representative withplanners, design consultants, design-builders, contractors and variousstakeholders during the design and construction.
- Negotiatechanges to the scope of work with professional service firms and design buildfirms.
- Participatein negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings.
- Provideupdates and reporting to executive management.
- Responsiblefor the establishment of a Project Management Plan (PMP).
- Establishprogram requirements for all areas of the project, and monitor any/alldeliverables for adherence to these criteria.
- Plan,direct, supervise, and control the execution of all technical, fiscal, andadministrative functions of the assigned project(s).
- Fieldresponsibilities may include labor relations, procurement and payment tocontractors and consultants.
- Workwith other team members to ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence for allelements of a project(s).
- Ensurethat the project meets or exceeds goals established in the PMP.
- Workwith Planning & Development Group (PDG) management to devise and executeaction plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodatesignificant changes to the scope of work.
- Maintaincurrent and timely change orders and reporting.
- Promoteexcellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.
- Monitorand report to management on the progress of all project activity within theprogram, including significant milestones, and any conditions which may impactproject cost or schedule.
- Establishregular meetings to review project status and resolve project issues.
- Contributeto the advancement of PDGâs goals through commitment to productivecollaboration with all stakeholders.
- Performother responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management Systems and Adobe AcrobatProfessional
Professional Experience Level/OtherQualifications

- Excellentwritten and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industrypractices and regulations required.
