Project Manager
Purpose of Role
The PMs reports to the Head of PMO and PMO Officer to ensure the Branch is on track to comply with regulatory standards by monitoring all corrective actions/necessary projects and providing progress reports to senior management for strategic decisions
Major Responsibilities
Facilitating, tracking and managing all Compliance related project activities and assigned project resources in order to achieve the documented project goals throughout
the project lifecycle: Initiating, Planning, Executing, and Closing phases.
Execution/implementation and monitoring functions, including: Establishing and maintaining project documents within a structured project repository; measuring and managing
project performance; and report progress against key measurement targets.
Collaborating closely with all project stakeholders to facilitate, expedite, and proactively anticipate project threats and vulnerabilities.
Perform project quality assurance. Ensure that the project plans and documents are completed and regularly updated; that stakeholders are regularly informed, that risks
and issues are managed to resolution, and that, in general, all procedures are followed in accordance with the projectâs Quality Assurance Plan.
Conduct and document Project post-implementation review and lessons learned, obtaining stakeholder sign-off, ensuring all required documents are filed within a secure
project repository, and formally communicating completion to the project team and all other stakeholders.
Day-to-day issues tracking and reporting requested by regulators and senior management
Requirements:
Project Management experience in Banking
Speaks Mandarin
Able to prioritize and work well under pressure
Strong Customer Service skills are essential
