The National Cybersecurity Center (NCC) is a non-profit organization which provides cybersecurity leadership, services, training and a cybersecurity community for public officials, business executives and the workforce. We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience successfully completing various projects on-time and on-budget. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with NCC goals and mission. Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as NCC staff members
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project based on financial analysis
  • Use and continually develop leadership skill

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years’ experience in project management
  • Experience with process improvement
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
