Primary responsibilities:
*Coordinate permit required data with customer and sales staff
*Coordinate engineering procurement with staff engineer
*Communicate with install department and municipalities for underground locates
*Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors and other third parties as required
*Perform code research and maintain code library

Skills & Experience
*Previous program manager of like education. Sign industry experience preferred, will consider
manufacturing/construction/service background as well
*Leadership ability, proven decision making skills
*Ability to work well independently as well as in teams with a rapidly changing deadline drive
environment.
