Digital product managers at Michael Kors work with developers, designers and business teams to launch innovative digital products that solve user problems and drive our ecommerce business forward.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial product manager to focus on payments, cart and checkout for our web and mobile apps. This role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, has a strong bias for action and the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.


Responsibilities

  • Create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap for online payments and checkout; building consensus and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, launch and optimization of innovative digital experiences relating to cart, checkout and payments
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to drive impactful user and business outcomes
  • Translate requirements and specifications for new features into user stories and associated acceptance criteria, and partner with design, engineering and analytics to follow through to execution
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, discover optimization opportunities, hypothesize and launch A/B tests to inform product decisions


Qualifications

  • 5+ years digital product development experience in ecommerce/consumer web
  • Experience with payment platforms preferred
  • Experience making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)
  • Experience with user flows, wireframes and prototyping
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies
  • Fluency in JIRA, MS Office, and Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • BS/BA or comparable work experience
