POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief of Staff , the Sr Associate supports the Office of the CEO through the development and delivery of strategic, analytical and tactical services in support of strategic enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting with the organization and delivery of strategic reviews, tracking progress on enterprise initiatives, follow-up on key deliverables, and acting as a point of contact for data/ information gathering and summation. The role will also assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of the process to communicate overall strategic direction and operational progress between executive leadership, CEO, and the Board of Directors. The Sr Associate will be required to demonstrate strong consultation skills, organizational savvy, the ability to lead by influence and strong business/ financial acumen to ensure value-add support in the achievement of business objectives and priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the organization and delivery of strategic reviews; prepare agenda, capture minutes and support the preparation and gathering of presentation material.
  • Track and report on priorities and deliverables for the Office of the CEO; engage in follow up as needed.
  • Capture executive discussion/ meeting outcomes – organize content into formal presentations and/or related documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling of business reviews and/or related meetings with the support of the Executive Admin Team.
  • Draft correspondence and/or presentation materials; facilitate appropriate review.
  • Develop domain knowledge of Caliber’s businesses to include an understanding of short-term goals and long-term strategies for the organization.
  • Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of relationships across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with Caliber policies, processes and practices.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws. Role model Caliber ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience

  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Finance or related field.
  • Previous experience in Financial Services; mortgage industry experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ demonstrated experience in financial/ operational analysis.
  • 3+ years project management experience; supporting diverse business operations in a matrix environment preferred.
  • Previous experience providing direct support to business executives.
  • Previous consulting experience preferred.
