About the Role
**************
The Operations Head will be a member of the CTO leadership team and work with the CTO Head and leadership team to ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders for ideation, translation of ideas to plans, resource planning associated with the program/project and project reporting. This role will play a central role in forecasting and reporting the CTO department workplans to Integral financial and the Integral executive team.

- With the CTO exec team, establish and validate the current state capabilities onboard to deliver the projects prioritized by the Integral leadership team (ELT).
- With the CTO exec team and the Technology and Operations (T&O, JD) exec team perform a gap analysis of capabilities (data, people, infrastructure and architecture needed to fulfill Integral’s goals.
- Create plans to address the gaps required to deliver the capabilities needed to initiate, progress and industrialize programs/projects to support the value-generating activities of integral (described above).
- Work with the HR, finance and business development team to create a plan to fill the needs and bring to the CTO exec team for validation.
- Create a technical program management capability in the CTO group to manage programs/projects.
- Working with the CTO exec team and T&O establish understandable key performance indicators of the way CTO works and the output of its work.
- Work with the Head of Integral Finance to create a budgeting process to ensure Integral’s ELT can track the work or the CTO organization.
- Work with the program/project science and technology leads to establish timelines and milestone deliverables for their work.
- Work with the Head of CTO to translate ideas to proposals for consideration with integral.
- Work with the CTO to establish an Integral ecosystem in the current Boston/San Francisco/Princeton geography.
